Open Embedded installer for MacOS X

This project has been cancelled since it is too complicated. A better solution is Xtoolchain.

I have written a script to simplify the installation and make it more robust:

Install in a location where it is found in your $PATH (e.g. /opt/local/bin) and chmod a+x macoe

Then, run within a Terminal as \"macoe\".

On the first start it will create /Developers/OE.sparseimage and mount (if not yet) as /Volumes/OE
