trouble with sl-5600

I thought I'd give installing myPDA a shot on my sl-5600. I successfully installed the package. When I try to run it, I see a "Wait 1..." message, and then the Zaurus reboots.

Looking at /home/myPDA/etc/log, it appears that I run into trouble as it tries to start the X server.

I see the messages:

FBIOPUT_VSCREENINFO: Invalid argument

Fatal server error:
no screens found

Did I neglect to install something here, is there something more serious going on?

Seems to indicate an incompatibilty of our X11 server for the Frame-Buffer device of the 5600 models. We have never tried on a 5600 and unfortunately we don't have the sources of the X11 server - just a binary (which is x11zaurus). The X11 server from pdaXrom also seems not to be useable as it uses hardware acceleration. So we should think about compiling our own X11 server...

Does anybody else have the same experience?
